PDF Page Remover

Need to delete specific pages from a PDF document? Our page remover lets you visually preview all pages and select which ones to remove. Perfect for cleaning up scanned documents, removing blank pages, or extracting only the content you need.

The page remover displays visual thumbnails of every page in your document, so you can clearly see what you are deleting before making any changes. You can select pages by clicking on thumbnails or by typing page numbers and ranges manually. Selected pages are highlighted in the preview so there are no surprises.

Common use cases include removing cover pages or blank pages from scanned documents, deleting confidential pages before sharing a file, trimming unnecessary appendices from reports, and cleaning up multi-page forms. Since everything runs in your browser, your sensitive documents stay completely private.

How It Works

Upload your PDF file by clicking the drop zone or dragging the file into it.

Select the pages you want to remove - either type page numbers (e.g. 1, 3, 5-8) or click on the page thumbnails.

Click "Remove pages & download PDF" to get your modified file instantly.

PDF Splitter

Split a multi-page PDF into individual files. Whether you need every page as a separate document or just want to extract a specific range, our splitter handles it all. The output is conveniently packaged in a ZIP archive.

The PDF splitter is ideal when you receive a large document but only need specific pages as standalone files. For example, you can extract individual invoices from a combined billing statement, separate chapters from an e-book, or pull out specific certificate pages from a training packet. Each extracted page becomes its own valid PDF file.

You can choose to split every page automatically or specify exactly which pages to extract using page numbers and ranges. The custom base filename option lets you name the output files in a way that makes sense for your workflow. All resulting files are bundled into a single ZIP download for convenience.

How It Works

Upload your PDF file into the Split tool tab.

Choose to split all pages into separate files, or specify which pages to extract.

Click "Split & download ZIP" to receive a ZIP archive with individual PDF files.

PDF Merger

Combine multiple PDF files into one document. Simply add your files, arrange them in the desired order by drag and drop, and merge them into a single PDF. Great for assembling reports, combining scanned pages, or organizing documents.

The PDF merger supports any number of input files and preserves the original formatting, fonts, and images from each document. You can drag and drop files to rearrange their order before merging, ensuring the final document has pages in exactly the sequence you need.

Typical use cases include combining multiple scanned pages into one continuous document, assembling a portfolio or presentation from separate PDF sections, merging signed contract pages with the main agreement, or compiling research papers and references into a single file for easy sharing. If any of your files are password-protected, you can unlock them individually before merging.

How It Works

Add two or more PDF files by clicking or dragging them into the Merge tool drop zone.

Reorder files by dragging them in the list. Optionally set a custom output filename.

Click "Merge & download PDF" to combine all files into a single PDF document.

About PDFinator

PDFinator is a free, browser-based PDF toolkit designed for anyone who needs to quickly edit PDF documents without installing software or creating an account. Whether you are a student organizing lecture notes, a professional preparing reports, or anyone dealing with PDF files on a daily basis, PDFinator provides the essential tools you need.

Unlike traditional PDF editors that require expensive subscriptions or desktop installations, PDFinator runs entirely in your web browser. Your files are processed locally on your device using JavaScript, which means they are never uploaded to any server. This approach guarantees complete privacy and eliminates the risk of data leaks.

PDFinator currently offers three core tools: a page remover for deleting unwanted pages, a splitter for extracting individual pages into separate files, and a merger for combining multiple PDFs into one document. All tools support password-protected files and work on any modern browser, including mobile devices.

Is PDFinator really free?

Yes, PDFinator is completely free with no hidden costs. There are no premium features locked behind a paywall, no limits on file sizes, and no restrictions on how many times you can use it.

Do I need to create an account?

No. PDFinator works without any registration or login. Just open the website and start using the tools immediately. No email, no password, no account needed.

What browsers are supported?

PDFinator works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. It works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no fixed file size limit. Since processing happens in your browser, the limit depends on your device's available memory. Most devices can handle PDFs up to several hundred megabytes without issues.

How do I remove pages from a PDF?

Open the Remove Pages tab, upload your PDF file, then either type page numbers (for example 1, 3, 5-8) or click directly on the page thumbnails to select pages for removal. Press the download button and your modified PDF is ready instantly.

Can I merge more than two PDF files?

Yes, you can merge as many PDF files as you need. Simply add all the files to the Merge tool, drag them to reorder if necessary, and click merge. There is no limit on the number of files.

Does PDFinator work offline?

PDFinator requires an internet connection to load the website initially. However, once the page is loaded, all PDF processing happens locally in your browser without needing a network connection. You can also install the Android or iOS app for full offline support.

What is the difference between splitting and removing pages?

Removing pages creates a single PDF with the selected pages deleted. Splitting creates separate individual PDF files for each selected page, packaged in a ZIP archive. Use remove when you want one shorter document, and split when you need individual page files.
